Lola Carver Adams, 94, of 287 Wild Turkey Lane, Greenville, TN passed away August 8, 2016. She was a native of Madison County and the daughter of the late William David and Tena Rice Carver. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Bob Adams, son, Bobby Horn; five sisters and six brothers.
Mrs. Adams is survived by a daughter, Sue Ricker (Steve); sons, Johnny Metcalf (Ann), Gerald Metcalf, Boyd Metcalf (Eloise) and Bill Horn (Sonya); grandchildren; Kathy Clark, Angela Schmidt, Ray, Alton and Michael Metcalf, Jeanie Fender, David Ray Rich, April Michelle Donnelley, Lisa Lewis, Memory Crowder, Erin and Jeremy Horn and Lenny McBride; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, August 12, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Willard Norton and Bud Marlor will officiate. The burial will follow in the Little Ivy Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00PM prior to the service.
