Gene contributed greatly to the Grapevine community. He was always supportive of my public health efforts whether I was teaching CPR, Public Health Preparedness or administering flu shots. He was always first in line. He will be missed.

Condolence: The world is a sadder place without Gene. He wasn't just a Scoutmaster to the boys of Troop 108, He was a true leader, a mentor, a friend, and a second father. I will always be thankful for Gene and the influence he had in my life. Many of us are better men for having known him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Know that we love you are we hold you close in our hearts. Gene, until we meet again; keep the campfire burning for us.
