Bobby Locke Buckner, age 73, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016. He was the son of the late Coleman Lee and Eva Aiken Buckner. He is preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Wike and brother, Jimmy Lee Buckner. He was a US Vietnam Army Veteran.
He is survived by his daughters, Theresa Buckner and Denise Buckner; and brother Coleman Gerald Buckner.
A funeral will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Reverends Jerry Shelton and Greg Hollifield officiating. Burial will follow at Forks of Ivy Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
