Obituary for William Rice
William Rice, age 80, passed away at his home in Barnardsville, Wednesday, June 15, 2016. He was the son of the late Oliver and Ossie Williams Rice. He is preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Rice.
He is survived by a brother Michael Rice (Debbie), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 18th at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Dean Metcalf officiating. Burial will follow at the Rice Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
