Cline Chambers, 81, of 160 Hussain Dr, passed away March 11, 2016. He was the son of the late Vernie and Ethel Baldridge Chambers; in addition to his parents he is preceded in death by son, Ronnie Rector; sisters, Jean and Mabel; brothers, Earl, Troy and John Chambers.
He is survived by his wife Betty Blanche Chambers; son, Ray Rector (Merita); grandchildren, Megan Rector, Monica Knighten, Toni Brosnan, Jennifer Rice; great grandchildren, Anna, Ally and Autumn Knighten, Taylor Livengood, Jerry Dean and Chloe Jane Doan; sisters, Faye Shope and Darlene Hightower.
A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Monday, March 14, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Don Metcalf and Ronnie Robinson will officiate. The burial will follow in the Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
